When you visit our website, the hosting provider automatically stores information in server log files transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of the request, requested page, browser type and version, operating system and referrer URL. This data cannot be attributed to specific persons and is not merged with other data sources. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and security of the website). Purpose of the processing: Reichweitenmessung und Verbesserung des Angebots (Seitenaufrufe, Verweisquellen, Geraetetyp, Land/Stadt).
No cookies are set. Visits are counted using a truncated, hashed identifier that does not allow any conclusions about your identity.

7. Third-party services
8. Recipients and processors
We only pass on your data where this is necessary to perform a contract, where you have consented, or where we are legally obliged to do so. Recipients are our hosting provider and the IT service providers we use. In addition, we pass on data to authorities where we are legally obliged to do so. With service providers that process personal data on our behalf, we have concluded data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
9. Transfers to third countries
Where we use services whose providers are based outside the European Economic Area or process data there, the transfer only takes place if an adequacy decision of the EU Commission exists, standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR have been agreed, or you have expressly consented (Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR). The sections on the individual services show which ones are affected.
10. Proof of your consent
To document your cookie consent (Art. 7(1) GDPR) we store the time, the chosen categories, the language, the page on which consent was given and an identifier for your consent. IP address and browser identification are stored exclusively as irreversible checksums. These records are deleted automatically after 1095 days.

12. Retention period
Unless a more specific retention period is stated in this policy, your data remains with us until the purpose of the processing no longer applies. It is then deleted, unless statutory retention obligations (e.g. tax or commercial law periods) prevent this.

Automated decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR, does not take place.
14. Is providing data required?
Providing your data is neither legally nor contractually required. However, to conclude a contract or answer an enquiry we need the relevant information; without it we cannot process the enquiry or the contract.
